Svonline follows cancellation and refund policy for our services. Services mean any work done under our offered work by the staff such as blogger outreach, link building, content writing, on page optimization and other related works.

Cancellation of services must be requested within weeks prior to intended date of cancellation. The request must be done by the client and the request should be sent through the company’s accounts and billing department. The cancellation of services should be done through phone, email, or via fax. A confirmation of the cancellation request is deemed valid once receipt of confirmation is received by the client by email from our billing department.

Refund Policy

Refund policy requires a request of refund through our respective department. A refund can be issued only for its specific service entreated by the client.

A refund is not a guarantee. The request can only be valid once a service agreement deal is signed both by the company and the client. The company does not issue refunds of any extra services completed prior to the agreement deal, such as consultation, extra requests outside services offered, and other miscellaneous activities.

Svonline reserves the right to change its cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
